MAINTENANCE: The following protocol is required

We believe it's important to create realistic expectations.  Any sealing product that claims to be self cleaning is probably a stretch of the truth.  Take your shower glass for example.  In most households, the shower receives an absolute beating.  Several times a day it's exposed to water that contains chemicals and minerals such as lime, calcium, salt and chlorine.  Add to this a plethora of chemical scum deposits from soaps, shampoo and other bathing products.  A high performance sealing systems provides protection but it won't clean the shower for you.  Protection will reduce how often you need to clean with the glass staying cleaner for longer between cleans.  When you do clean it will make the cleaning process so much easier.  Our industrial strength protective treatments are well worth the investment.  So how do you keep the glass clean once protected?

We have developed, tried and tested maintenance products that not only clean the glass, they replenish it with non-stick, hydrophobic ingredients.  These products work brilliantly!

To maintain your warranty you must regularly clean your glass with Diamond Blue Wash exclusively.  Don't use any other product.  Diamond Blue Wash is scientifically formulated to enhance the protective qualities of our sealers and maintain water repellent performance indefinitely making your glass “Forever Brilliant™” and easy to clean.  Diamond Blue Wash will maintain an ultra-repellant smooth surface.

Wipe down your shower door glass twice a week with a clean towel while the surface is still wet. Spray an even mist of Diamond Blue Wash on the glass surface including framing metals using a clean micro fibre cloth to spread the liquid around evenly. Then buff to a shine with a separate, clean, dry microfibre cloth. For best results make sure surface is dry before using Diamond Blue Wash. (Diamond Blue Wash can be used on all the hard surfaces around the home but NOT FLOORS as it can create a slip hazard. Diamond Blue Wash has antistatic qualities that make cleaning a snap as well as less frequent).

Diamond Seal Systems surface protective treatment eliminates the need for harsh detergents and other household cleaners creating a more environmentally friendly outcome.

For optimum repellant glass, reapply the Liquid Diamonds Protective Treatment top coat once a year in high use environments and every two years in low use environments.

While Diamond Seal Systems industrial grade sealers are is chemically resistant, using ammonia, bleach or acid based cleaners or abrasive materials on your glass can not only permanently stain your surfaces, they may reduce the Diamond Seal Systems repellant qualities and will void your warranty. Should performance loss occur due to misuse or damage, your warranty is void however you can reinstate the easy-to-clean, repellant qualities of Diamond Seal Systems products by using the Diamond Seal Systems Bath Kit, available to purchase from this website SHOP NOW.

This lifetime warranty is limited in that if we deem you have genuinely followed the above mentioned protocol and the glass is not repelling water and/or easy to clean, we will supplying you with a refresher kit that will reinstate the Liquid Diamonds top coat. The base coat Diamonize XP will last for over 20 years and will not need to be reapplied.
