If you're not reasonably satisfied with the product you can return to us and receive a full refund.  If this product doesnt work as good as you hoped it's most likely because your glass is permanently etched from checmical exposure over time. 

Before purchasing you may wish to test the potential effectiveness of the restoration process by taking a brand new razor blade and keeping it parallel with the glass surface, attempt to carefully scrap some of the surface scum off without scratching the glass.  If the scum doesn't budge you probably have permenant etching on the glass and subsequently the effectifeness of this kit will be limited.
