Diamond Seal Systems was founded in 1996 by James Aiken in California.  Running a reputable shower door installation business he could clearly see the need and opportunity for quality glass sealers and cleaners to compliment their installation service.  

 

Motivated, James hit the books and began his chemistry education.  He new what type of products home owners wanted and learned there was already advanced Nano Tech formulations being used in more sophisticated markets.  With the help of mentors, James was successful in adapting this true nano tech formulation and developed a highly effective glass protection system that was safe, easy to apply and could be used in a domestic capacity in peoples homes.  Over several years James was able to leave the Shower Door business to his brother and focus full time on these products.

 

Fast forward In 2024 Casey Reid found himself on the team developing the business KUDA SHOWER SCREENS in SE QLD.  He quickly identified the same need as James did 30 years prior in the USA.  Many home owners wanted protected glass that was easier to clean.  They hated the water stains and wanted an effective and reasonably priced solution.  Casey set out to find the best products on the market not just the product being advertised the most on socials.  He learned there were now several suppliers claiming to have effective glass protection and after several months of testing and scrutinising various products and business models, Diamond Seal Systems came up trumps.  Casey decided to fly out to California to meet the DDS team and pick James brain.

 

What Casey learned exceeded his expectations.  DDS had a range of extremely effective products and not just for glass.  Teak Wizard is amazing!  OMG Diamond Blue Wash. for everything (Except Floors).  James has developed are dozens of highly effective sealing systems for household surfaces.  Natural stone, engineered stone, porcelain, granite, marble, concrete, timber, travertine, ceramic tiles, stainless steel, aluminium and brass fixtures, porous tiles and grout.

 

James is super passionate about his science and formulations and really does know his stuff.  Diamond Seal Systems at its core is a small family business not some big chemical company and Casey finds it refreshing to deal directly with the Aikens not a corporate sales rep.

 

Now in 2025, Casey and his small family team bring you Diamond Seal Systems Australia.  All the products and proprietary formulations of the legendary James Aiken made available to Aussies and soon to Kiwis.  Cheers James!
